Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake

J and I love cheesecake! We love it so much that we chose it for our wedding cake. Over the years we’ve slowly been working our way down the cheesecake list at the Cheesecake Factory. It is one of our favorite desserts, by far!

When J turned 29 this last week, he wanted a cheesecake. If you’re ever in the need for an easy, homemade cake, cheesecake is a safe choice. It is one of the easiest cakes to make. This particular recipe is from a good friend. It’s a Food Network recipe. I did make one change to make it a little more health friendly.

It’s such a delicious recipe, probably one of the best homemade cheesecakes I’ve had!
