Hello everyone! I’m wrapping up my Christmas home tour today. Today is a bit of an overview of my whole home and the little farmhouse touches I’ve added for Christmas. Although I live in a colonial there are so many aspects of the farmhouse style that I love. Whats great about the colonial style if that the farmhouse style is so similar and can be mixed easily. I hope to inspire each of your no matter if you live in a colonial farmhouse or cottage by the bay! Lets get started –

I really wanted our Christmas decor to stay true to my everyday style. I really love understated and cozy, laid back holiday decor. I want to make sure our home stays cozy and inviting. To keep things affordable I added simple fresh garland, make my own holiday print pillow covers and used versatile items that can transition easily through the seasons.

Our home is ready for many nights curled up on the sofa with a good Christmas movie and some hot cocoa! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas season and remember to enjoy every moment. It’s also much too short!

Be sure to check out the next stop on the tour. There are so many beautiful homes all decked out for Christmas. The farmhouse inspiration is big with these amazing ladies!

Your home has such personality. I feel like it’s you. I don’t know you but for some reason I feel I do because of the home you have made. Good job on that!

Your house is beautiful and beautifully decorated for the holidays! I especially love the Mrs. Claus hot chocolate mug. Could you share the source for that? It would make a perfect gift! Happy holidays!
