Farmhouse Bathroom Reveal + Instagram Giveaway

July 3, 2015

Can I just tell you all how excited I’ve been to reveal this bathroom? This room was just recently finished and I’ve been chomping at the bit ever since to share it with you. I had the honor of bringing this empty master bath to life. It has amazing bones, claw-foot tub, wide planked hardwood floors and lots of natural sunlight! If you haven’t noticed already, the farmhouse style is one of my favorites. It’s cozy, relaxed and lived in. It’s not perfect yet that’s what makes it so perfect!

Even though greys and whites are really in at the moment, I think a little color in a bathroom is great! This is a soft blue by Benjamin Moore called Honest Blue.

This master bath has plenty of space and a very open feel.

We turned these basic hooks into a more rustic piece by attaching them to a wooden plank. Super easy and it yields a bigger presence in the room.

With some left over wood planking we added some twine and made a quick and easy photo frame! It personalizes the space just a bit.

This ladder shelf was made by the homeowner. It sits perfectly behind the tub for easy access to towels, soap, etc. It provides this master bath with much-needed storage. I absolutely love the weathered finish and how functional it is.

Don’t you just love this tiny treasures tray by Painted Fox Treasures. It’s the perfect place to put your jewelry before a soak in the tub.

The antiqued look it has makes it perfect for this master bath. You can pick up your treasure tray here!

Here are some other beauties from Painted Fox Treasures! These mercury glass tea light holders are stunning paired with this tub tray. Each one is different and I love how they look when the candles are lit. There’s something about mercury glass that I just love. You can find your own set of these tea light candle holders here.

If you’re not sure what to do with extra rolls of t-paper, metal baskets are always a win in my book!

This wooden valance is actually from a tree on the homeowners property that had fallen. With a lot of hard work, it’s up! Nothing says farmhouse like using a slab of solid tree as a valence!
