Caramel Apple Bites

Caramel Apple Pops

Okay, friends this is possibly the easiest recipe I’ve ever shared with you all. That’s only if you can even call it a recipe. This is something you can whip up in about two minutes and even get the kiddos involved. One of the things I really love about fall is that it’s apple season! I’m always trying to find different ways to use my apples we pick each year. This idea is really perfect for small get togethers with friends and family or birthday parties for the kids. You really only need a couple things.

Apples (of course.)

Caramel dipping sauce (Homemade or store bought.)

Toppings of choice- I used chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips

Melon baller

&

Popsicle sticks

Caramel Apple Pops

Use a melon baller to scoop out your apple pieces.

Using a popsicle stick, dip your apple into your caramel sauce and roll into a topping of choice.

It’s really that easy. You probably didn’t need instructions. They’re just so cute I had to share. Everyone loves a yummy snack, right?

These days I’ll take any easy snack or dessert there is. Life has been crazy lately and doesn’t leave room for heavy baking. I do have some big and exciting news I can’t wait to share with you all. The impatient side of me wants to share it with you now, but should probably wait for the details to sort themselves out. So stay tuned friends. For now, enjoy some easy and delicious apple pops!

Happy fall everyone!

These look delicious! Love that they are snackable bites instead of the whole apple (hard part will be stopping myself from eating them all!)

Thanks Jenn! Sad to say I did eat each of these myself after the photos were taken… they were pretty yummy though!
