Butterscotch Fudge Brownies

I haven’t posted a recipe in a while. I really only like to post things that I just absolutely love. So with that said, these brownies are delicious! These were a Pinterest recipe. I don’t typically make many sweets. When it comes to sweets I’m fine as long as I have a little bit of chocolate. These brownies looked too good not to try! So here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

8 oz. Butterscotch chips

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar ( I use Honey Granules.)

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour ( I use freshly milled Soft White wheat flour.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350Ā° and grease an 8″ square pan.

Melt the butter and butterscotch chips together until smooth.

Mix in the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

Mix in flour until combined.

Pour and spread into greased pan. Bake for 28 minutes.

Let cool completely before cutting.

    These look delicious! I can’t wait to try them. Butterscotch is one of my favorite desserts.
